This week is going to be a lot.
My daughter graduates from High School on Saturday. Between now and then, there are dinners and banquets and logistics I haven’t thought of yet and probably a few tears — good ones, I hope. It will be a beautiful, chaotic, logistically intense blur that I’ll look back on and barely remember because I was too busy managing it to actually be in it.

I don’t want that. So I’m trying something this week, and I want to invite you to try it too.
I’m calling it an Intention Intervention, and it takes about three minutes.
